高低壓開(kāi)關(guān)柜在工作的過(guò)程中主要是以斷路器為主的電氣設備；是指生產(chǎn)廠(chǎng)家根據電氣一次主接線(xiàn)圖的要求，將有關(guān)的高低壓電器（包括控制電器、保護電器、測量電器）以及母線(xiàn)、載流導體、絕緣子等裝配在封閉的或敞開(kāi)的金屬柜體內，作為電力系統中接受和分配電能的裝置。

　　The high and low voltage switchgear mainly consists of electrical equipment such as circuit breakers during operation; It refers to the manufacturer assembling relevant high and low voltage electrical appliances (including control appliances, protection appliances, measuring appliances), busbars, current carrying conductors, insulators, etc. in closed or open metal cabinets according to the requirements of the electrical primary wiring diagram, as devices for receiving and distributing electrical energy in the power system.

　　高低壓開(kāi)關(guān)柜又可稱(chēng)為高壓開(kāi)關(guān)柜，在電力系統發(fā)電、輸電、配電、電能轉換和消耗中起通斷、控制或保護等作用。 電壓等級在3.6kV~550kV的電器產(chǎn)品，主要包括高壓斷路器、高壓隔離開(kāi)關(guān)與接地開(kāi)關(guān)、高壓負荷開(kāi)關(guān)、高壓自動(dòng)重合與分段器，高壓操作機構、高壓防爆配電裝置和高壓開(kāi)關(guān)柜等幾大類(lèi)。

　　High and low voltage switchgear, also known as high-voltage switchgear, plays a role in power generation, transmission, distribution, energy conversion, and consumption in the power system, such as on-off, control, or protection. Electrical products with voltage levels ranging from 3.6kV to 550kV mainly include high-voltage circuit breakers, high-voltage isolating switches and grounding switches, high-voltage load switches, high-voltage automatic reclosers and sectionalizers, high-voltage operating mechanisms, high-voltage explosion-proof distribution devices, and high-voltage switchgear.

　　高低壓開(kāi)關(guān)柜的柜體寬敞，內部空間大，間隙合理、，具有安裝、維修方便，運行可靠等特點(diǎn)，主回路方案完整，可以滿(mǎn)足各種供配電系統的需要。其具有五種防止誤操作的功能：

　　The cabinet body of the high and low voltage switchgear is spacious, with a large internal space, reasonable and safe gaps, and features easy installation and maintenance, reliable operation, etc. The main circuit scheme is complete and can meet the needs of various power supply and distribution systems. It has five functions to prevent misoperation:

　　1．防止帶負荷分合隔離開(kāi)關(guān)。

　　1. Prevent load on/off isolating switches.

　　2．防止誤入帶電間隔。

　　2. Prevent accidental entry into electrified compartments.

　　3．防止誤分、合斷路器。

　　3. Prevent accidental opening and closing of circuit breakers.

　　4．防止帶電掛接地線(xiàn)。

　　4. Prevent hanging grounding wires when live.

　　5．防止帶接地線(xiàn)合閘。

　　5. Prevent closing with grounding wire.

　　高低壓開(kāi)關(guān)柜的部件主要有斷路器、隔離開(kāi)關(guān)、負荷開(kāi)關(guān)、操作機構、互感器以及各種保護裝置等組成。開(kāi)關(guān)柜的主要作用是在電力系統進(jìn)行發(fā)電、輸電、配電和電能轉換的過(guò)程中，進(jìn)行開(kāi)合、控制和保護用電設備。

　　The components of high and low voltage switchgear mainly include circuit breakers, isolating switches, load switches, operating mechanisms, transformers, and various protective devices. The main function of a switchgear is to open, close, control, and protect electrical equipment during the process of power generation, transmission, distribution, and energy conversion in the power system.

　　高低壓開(kāi)關(guān)柜的結構特點(diǎn)表現如下：

　　1、整柜采用拼裝式組合結構，模數孔安裝，零部件通用性強，適用性好，標準化程度高。

　　2、柜體上部為母線(xiàn)室、前部為電器室、后部為電纜進(jìn)出線(xiàn)室，各室間有鋼板或絕緣板作隔離，以保證。

　　3、MCC柜抽屜小室的門(mén)與斷路器或隔離開(kāi)關(guān)的操作手柄設有機械聯(lián)鎖，只有手柄在分斷位置時(shí)門(mén)才能開(kāi)啟。

　　3. The door of the MCC cabinet drawer compartment is mechanically interlocked with the operating handle of the circuit breaker or isolation switch, and the door can only be opened when the handle is in the open position.

　　4、受電開(kāi)關(guān)、聯(lián)絡(luò )開(kāi)關(guān)及MCC柜的抽屜具有三個(gè)位置：接通位置、試驗位置、斷開(kāi)位置。

　　4. The drawers of the power switch, contact switch, and MCC cabinet have three positions: on position, test position, and off position.

　　5、開(kāi)關(guān)柜的頂部根據受電需要可裝母線(xiàn)橋。
