1、常見(jiàn)機柜的型號

　　1. Common cabinet models

　　規定的尺寸是服務(wù)器的寬（48.26cm＝19 英寸）與高（4.445cm 的倍數）。 由于寬為 19 英寸，所以有時(shí)也將滿(mǎn)足這一規定的機架稱(chēng)為“19 英寸機架”。厚度以 4.445cm 為基本單位，1U 就是4.445cm。

　　The specified dimensions are the width (48.26cm=19 inches) and height (multiples of 4.445cm) of the server. Due to its width of 19 inches, racks that meet this requirement are sometimes referred to as "19 inch racks". The basic unit of thickness is 4.445cm, and 1U is 4.445cm.

　　機柜通常分為四個(gè)區域：

　　Cabinets are usually divided into four areas:

　　 1、交流配電單元?：位于機柜上端，負責電力分配，需符合規范。  

　　What? 1. Communication distribution unit? Located at the top of the cabinet, responsible for power distribution and must comply with safety regulations.  

　　2、配線(xiàn)架區?：用于網(wǎng)絡(luò )、電話(huà)等線(xiàn)纜管理，建議放置在中部易操作區域。 

　　2. Distribution frame area? Used for network, telephone and other cable management, it is recommended to place it in the central easy to operate area.   

　　3、有源設備區?：包括交換機、路由器等需散熱的設備，通常按功能順序排列（服務(wù)器-路由器-交換機），大件設備放底部以方便維護。  

　　3. Active equipment area? Including devices that require heat dissipation such as switches and routers, they are usually arranged in functional order (server router switch), with large equipment placed at the bottom for easy maintenance.  ?

　　4、光纜終端盒?：放置在底層托盤(pán)上，與光纜集中管理。 ?

　　4. Fiber optic cable terminal box? Placed on the bottom tray and centrally managed with optical cables.   

　　排列順序

　　?線(xiàn)纜管理?：采用固線(xiàn)器固定線(xiàn)纜，自上而下排列，左右均勻分布，避免交叉。  

　　What? Cable management? Use a cable stabilizer to fix the cables, arrange them from top to bottom, evenly distribute them left and right, and avoid crossing.   

　　設備安裝?：大功率設備（如服務(wù)器）需預留散熱空間，前后間距≥300mm。

　　Equipment installation? High power devices (such as servers) need to reserve heat dissipation space with a front to back distance of ≥ 300mm.

　　擴展性?：預留擴展空間，機柜間面板需保持平行，縫隙≤3mm。 

　　Scalability? Reserve expansion space, and the panels between cabinets should be kept parallel with a gap of ≤ 3mm?

　　 22U機柜?：頂部4U用于光纖配線(xiàn)架，中部8U為24口模塊配線(xiàn)架，底部8U為交換機或路由器。  

　　What? 22U cabinet? The top 4U is used for fiber optic distribution frames, the middle 8U is for 24 port module distribution frames, and the bottom 8U is for switches or routers.  

　 42U機柜?：通常上部4U光纖配線(xiàn)架，中部24U交換機/路由器/理線(xiàn)器，底部8U為光纜終端盒或托盤(pán)。 

　　What? 42U cabinet? Usually, the upper 4U fiber optic distribution frame, the middle 24U switch/router/cable organizer, and the bottom 8U are fiber optic cable terminal boxes or trays.  

　　需注意：機柜安裝需垂直偏差≤3mm，水平誤差≤2mm，確保穩固性和散熱需求。

　　Attention: The installation of the cabinet should have a vertical deviation of ≤ 3mm and a horizontal error of ≤ 2mm to ensure stability and heat dissipation requirements.

　　3、機柜內走線(xiàn)要求：（重要內容）

　　多次有朋友問(wèn)到關(guān)于機柜內走線(xiàn)的內容，這次弱電行業(yè)網(wǎng)在這里一起來(lái)談下。

　　Many friends have asked about the wiring inside the cabinet, and this time the weak current industry network is here to discuss it together.

　　1、 線(xiàn)纜的布放應自然平直，不得產(chǎn)生扭絞、打圈接頭等現象，不應受外力的擠壓和損傷。

　　1. The laying of cables should be natural and straight, without twisting, looping joints or other phenomena, and should not be compressed or damaged by external forces.

　　2、 纜線(xiàn)兩端應貼有標簽，應標明編號，標簽書(shū)寫(xiě)應清晰，端正和正確。標簽應選用不易損壞的材料。

　　2. Both ends of the cable should be labeled with numbers, and the label writing should be clear, upright, and correct. Labels should be made of materials that are not easily damaged.

　　3、 在線(xiàn)纜預留方面，對于固定安裝的機柜，在機柜內不應有預留線(xiàn)長(cháng)，預留線(xiàn)應預留在可以隱蔽的地方，長(cháng)度在1m-1.5m之間。對于可移動(dòng)的機柜，聯(lián)入機柜的全部線(xiàn)纜在聯(lián)入機柜的入口處，應少預留1m，同時(shí)各種線(xiàn)纜的預留長(cháng)度相互之間的差別應不超過(guò)0.5m。

　　3. In terms of cable reservation, for fixed installation cabinets, there should be no reserved wire length inside the cabinet. The reserved wire should be reserved in a concealed place with a length between 1m-1.5m. For movable cabinets, all cables connected to the cabinet should be reserved at least 1m at the entrance of the cabinet, and the difference in reserved length between various cables should not exceed 0.5m.

　　4、 纜線(xiàn)終接后，應有余量。

　　5、 光纜布放宜盤(pán)留，預留長(cháng)度宜為3~5m，有特殊要求的應按設計要求預留長(cháng)度。

　　6、 不同電壓等級，不同電源類(lèi)別的線(xiàn)路應分開(kāi)布置，分隔敷設。

　　7、 引入機柜內的纜線(xiàn)應從機柜的下方進(jìn)入機柜，沿機柜后方兩側立桿向上引入配線(xiàn)架，卡入跳線(xiàn)架連接快內的單根線(xiàn)纜色標應和跳線(xiàn)架的色標相一致，大對數線(xiàn)纜按標準色譜的組合規定進(jìn)行排序。

　　7. The cables introduced into the cabinet should enter from the bottom of the cabinet, and be led upwards along the vertical poles on both sides of the cabinet to the distribution frame. The single cable connected to the jumper frame should have the same color code as the jumper frame, and the large number of cables should be sorted according to the combination regulations of the standard color spectrum.

　　8、 接線(xiàn)端子各種標志應齊全，數據配線(xiàn)架及交換機設備安裝完成后，標貼機打標簽，注明對應房間號以及端口號。

　　9、 纜線(xiàn)在接終端錢(qián)，必須核對纜線(xiàn)標識內容是否正確。、
